Simplicity is economical too, generally averaging over 17 miles per gallon of gas. You’ll notice that Simplicity has some aesthetic personal touches as well—a handstitched Lancaster County, PA quilt on the bed, a custom-made hardwood cutting board that doubles as a cover for the sink. Both were made by the co-owners, as was the custom cabinetry that maximizes the storage under the bed and the seat in the back.

It has a TV in the living room and it has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with blue tooth capabilities and speakers that play either inside/outside or both. It has LED lighting under the automatic awning. It has an automatic slide out where the table and couch are located. It will come equipped with outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, folding tables, a 17 inch table top blackstone gas griddle, blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
