It has a TV in the living room and it has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with blue tooth capabilities and speakers that play either inside/outside or both. It has LED lighting under the automatic awning. It has an automatic slide out where the table and couch are located. It will come equipped with outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, folding tables, a 17 inch table top blackstone gas griddle, blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The rig is great for families (we have 2 kids - 3yo and 6yo). They love cooking by the campfires and jumping in mud puddles for hours on end. Large enough to have some space, but not unwieldy like a bus. Runs on gas so can pull into any gas station (though a larger gas station is preferred). Has a complete self-leveling system and onboard generator that runs off the regular gas tank. Located in Winchester VA, driving distance to any of the historic battlefields in Pennsylvania (Gettysburg is a great one) to the beautiful mountains of western VA and West Virginia. Beach trip? You're going to love this extra large camper with two slide-outs. You'll have two separate closed rooms for sleeping and privacy. On one end is the comfortable king bed featuring a mattress topper and two hinged doors. On the other end is a bunk room with a modular sofa/mattress and 2 additional bunks with a private hinged door. There are two additional areas for sleeping in the center: a tri-fold couch as well as a convertible dinette. You could comfortably sleep 8, but with small children sharing the fold-down couches and dinette, you could possibly sleep 10. The full bathroom has its own door for easy access from outdoors. You'll have a= toilet, a sink with some countertop, and a nice size shower. The kitchen features a 6 cu. ft. refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave. We include basic dishes, utensils, and cookware, as well as a coffee pot or Keurig. For your comfort, there are two air conditioners. To use both, you must have 50 amp service. You can also use one with 30 amp service. There is central floor heat. There is a television with a sound bar with bluetooth to connect your phone to the speakers (indoors and out). Outdoors, you will find a large awning for sun protection as well as an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and cooktop. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off mud or sand. Note: You can pull this camper with 1/2 ton truck, but something larger is preferred. We can also deliver up to 60 miles, depending on availability (see pricing details).

Bring your sleeping bags, food and personal items. Outdoor kitchen, Sheets, blankets, towels and some pillows are supplied with the camper if needed. Also Included are chairs, silverware (plastic and paper} along with standard cooking items. Keurig, teapot, waffle maker (if plugged into power) hot dog and mountain pie maker, small tables, and all necessary items for Electric, sewage and water hookups. (sorry, no generator available at this time) Leveling blocks towing stabilizing hitch. Tow vehicle will need be equipped with trailer brake. NO SMOKING in this RV PETS: I do allow trained pets but please no grooming or messes inside. If any damage or excess hair I will have to deduct from the security deposit to cover repairs, replacements, or cleaning. I just ask to return it in as good of a condition as it was upon arrival.
