We found Minasse to be a helpful, resourceful and generous host! He prepared the RV for 5 guests and added some very useful additional appliances, utensils and tools. Minasse made sure testing and explanation about the vehicle before departure was done very thoroughly and upon finding out some electronics didn't work, he was quick to supply us with replacements. The one time we needed his help because we had forgotten about something he had explained in the beginning, he was easily reachable and quick to respond. All in all it was a very pleasant experience: We would definitely recommend renting one of his RVs!

The owner took time to provide all the accessories required for our vacation to be enjoyable and answered all questions. Any messages (questions) sent to him were also promptly answered. When we thought that the included cooler that came with the van was too small, the owner included a larger one for our needs. The only suggestion is to make certain that the vehicle gets frequent inspections and receive proper maintenance, especially if it is being rented for long, distant road trips. Safety must be the number one priority. Other than that, this was a practical and well equipped vehicle for our vacation.

They did a really good job equipping the van with everything we needed including a rechargeable battery hub for charging phones and a collapsible 20 gallon bucket. The beds were super comfortable. The van drove nicely. We didn't have any issues. Pickup and drop-off were easy and the owners were great to work with.

The RV is in great shape and well equipped, especially for us having flown into LAS with limited gear. It was the perfect way to see the southwest with our kids. Only some feedback couldn't find a cd or sheet on covering operating different aspects of RV. Also couldn't use either TV one didn't have an antenna and the other one was inadequate. On positive note RV clean and provided essentials for the experience. No problem with mechanical operation and again owner good to work with.
