The van (converted into a camper) was very functional and comfortable and was perfect for a family of 4. The owner took time to provide all the accessories required for our vacation to be enjoyable and answered all questions. Any messages (questions) sent to him were also promptly answered. When we thought that the included cooler that came with the van was too small, the owner included a larger one for our needs.
The only suggestion is to make certain that the vehicle gets frequent inspections and receive proper maintenance, especially if it is being rented for long, distant road trips. Safety must be the number one priority. Other than that, this was a practical and well equipped vehicle for our vacation.
