Joyce B.Jul 2022it's not a 28 foot trailer, its a 24.5 foot trailer. The awning didn't work properly, the porch light didn't work. Outside kitchen didn't work. No hot water, couldn't shower. But the people we rented from were very nice, I hope they get things fixed, so, we could rent from them again.
