Our ALL Inclusive 2022 Forest River Wolf Pup 16 Bhbl is the perfect camper for any and every adventure. This trailer is all inclusive and has everything you need to set camp and enjoy the outdoors! The trailer has 1 queen bed, twin bunk beds in the back of the trailer, as well as a dining table that can be converted into a twin bed! This trailer may be small but it has plenty of sleeping room for all the kids and family! The trailer is equipped with all of the standard equipment plus even more: Stove, microwave, kitchen sink, bathroom (toilet, walk in shower, sink), dining table, TV, outdoor spray/shower hookup, outdoor fridge, awning, indoor and outdoor sound system (w/bluetooth). Need storage space for all of your gear when traveling to and from your destination? The bottom bunk folds up and creates great storage space and has an exterior access door which makes loading and unloading easy and simple! This trailer comes equipped with all of the utilities appliances: Heater, AC, Water pump, Water Heater. These are maintained and serviced often to ensure functionality. We hope to make your adventure the best that it can be! As the description says this trailer is ALL INCLUSIVE! Here's what is included: - Fresh linens and pillows on queen bed. - Dishware, pots, pans, silverware, etc. - coffee maker - Stocked with all basic disposables: toilet pater, paper towels, dish soap, etc. - 2 camp chairs - Ladder toss game - Flat top propane grill - Generator - Card games, board games, etc. - First aid kit - Anti-sway hitch Other things to note- Pets welcome (with pet fee) - Festivals and events are allowed. However, may be more expensive and will require a higher security deposit. - NO SMOKING - We include everything you need and only ask that you only use what you need and return everything to where you found it. - When returning the camper we just ask that you complete the following - Wash and put dishes away - Strip bedding - Fill Propane (trailer, grill) - Dump black and grey tanks - We will take care of the rest!
