Ample storage. All linens washed at high temperatures after each rental. RV is cleaned, washed and supplied with Full tank of propane Full Water and empty Grey and Black Tanks prior to every rental. Full instruction at time of delivery and owner is available during rental to assist if needed. Fully stocked with bedding, towels, and dishes 5g Internet included, with an optional upgrade Starlink internet, makes this rv perfect for music festivals where there is no service. Post your pictures or videos to your social media, no need to wait until you have service. *Note responsible for weather or location that may prevent internet access from either the 5g device or Starlink. As there is a cost to activate these services, there will be no refunds due to site location or weather. Sleeps 6: queen size bed in the bedroom, queen size bunk, and dinette converts to sleep 2 but we recommend using it for 2 small kids or one short adult. Always plan to watch out for low lying obstacles - the height of this RV is 148in (12ft 4 inches). This rig has a 30 amp generator that will run both AC units, and on board appliances, with ease. Configured with an outdoor entertainment package including outdoor TV and kitchen. This RV is perfect for couples on extended vacations and family camping trips. We are Festival friendly. Please allow one hour for walk-around and orientation upon delivery/pickup as well as for return walk-around. Please plan your route and stops to avoid low lying obstacles. Vehicle height is 12' 4" high NO Smoking / Vapping or Drugs!! This is a drug free and non-smoking trailer. Any signs of drugs of any kind smoking, will result in a $1000 fee. Illegal drugs will be reported to the authorities. Fees: Late Fee: Return time is 11AM, if you return the vehicle past 11AM you will be charged a late fee of $25 per hour. • Cleaning fee: If the RV is not returned clean, there will be a $150 charge, for the first hour, then $75 per hour after. Billed by the hour. • Tank Cleaning Fee: If the blank or gray tanks have not been emptied and cleaned, you will be charged a $150 tank cleaning service fee. • Only flush toilet paper in toilet, no feminine product or paper towels. There will be a charge of $300 to clean out clogged sewer lines. • This is a drug free and non-smoking trailer. Any signs of drugs of any kind smoking, will result in a $1000 fee. Illegal drugs will be reported to the authorities. • We are Pet friendly - Dogs or Cats only with a maximum of 2 pets. Any damage including biological damage will result in a $1000 fee. • Drivers - The only persons allowed to drive the RV must be listed on the rental contract as a driver, if there is an accident and the driver was not listed, you will forfeit your deposit.
