Brand new everything works flawlessly. This is the perfect RV for a family of 4 with young kids, king sized bed for Mom and Dad, and fold down table for the kids. Comes with a Blackstone grill, needed propane, all dishes, silverware, cookware, linens, glassware, everything you need for a fun weekend. I do offer delivery/pick up and setup for an added fee.
