This RV is perfect for a couple, or a family with smaller children. It is super clean, well maintained, and never smoked in. The dinette and couch convert to beds. The spacious kitchen has lots of storage and comes with a very well equipped kitchen. Dinnerware and cookware plus many extras. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, so great for small children. The bedroom has an exit door, so great for those early risers. Bedroom vent cover is black, so great for sleeping. Lots of storage for clothes and other items. Extra large 20 foot awning is great for keeping cool and protected. Included are 2 directors chairs, 2 folding camping chairs, BBQ utensils, & cooler. This is a smoke free RV, so absolutely no smoking or vaping inside.
