Welcome to our little apartment on wheels! This 2021 Keystone Raptor helps make you feel more at home while camping! Equipped with almost everything you need, which helps take the load off of packing. This Trailer has a 6-point hydrualic leveling system which makes it super easy to get yourself leveled and setup in no time! The Living Room has an electric fireplace, a 55" Vizio Smart TV, and a 3-seat recliner with heating, massage, and USB ports. There is a large few shelf pantry located in the living room for storing all your goodies for your trip! The Kitchen Comes with an 18 cu. ft. refrigerator and a residential-style layout. It has a built in Microwave , Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster. If you need an Ice Machine, Air Fryer or InstaPot we can discuss adding to the rental. The kitchen has basic cooking Utensils, if you require something soecial please bring your own :) things like knives, forks, soons, can opener , potatoe peeler, wooden & plastic spoons, plastic plates bowls cups etc. there is a couple frying pans, pots and mixing bowls. I can send a video of what’s there if you’d like to see before your rental. The Bathroom has a "dual-entry" design providing access from both the living area and the private master suite. We supply RV toilet paper for your stay, please do not flush anything but the supplied toilet paper down the tanks. Please remember your shampoo, conditioner and soap, we do not supply that. The shower is a stand up shower with detectable shower head. The Master bedroom has a “trailer king” mattress and the two bunks in the back are “trailer queens” The beds have basic trailer mattresses keep in mind, if you like a softer bed, please bring a foamy! The Master bedroom has a gorgeous Wardrobe and tons of storage! There is a total of 4 TVs on board. One in the master, one in the living room, one in the rear garage / bunk bed area and one outside the trailer next to a mini bar fridge. We do have a Roku Box you’re welcome to use as well as a bunch of DvDs! We do have a BBQ, 3 burner propane stove, a propane oven and a propane fire pit or folding tables you’re welcome to add to your rental for a small fee. The trailer has two Slide outs, and 3 Awnings. We also supply a large outdoor Matt which helps keep the dirt outside! There is an Onboard Onan 5,500-watt gas generator. You would need to supply your own gas, and there is a charge of $5 per hour the generator is used. The trailer has Hot Water on Demand and Has a 35,000 BTU heater as well as a 30,000 BTU air conditioning unit. This trailer supports a 50 Amp Service as well as a 30 Amp but you will only be able to run one air conditioning unit on a 30 Amp service. The trailer is equipped with one air conditioning unit in the master bedroom and one in the living room area. You can run solely off the generator , it just costs a small fortune in gas daily and hourly charge ! Pet ok on approval only , a small fee could be applied for cleaning.
