Ft. fridge and freezer that keeps food frozen solid. -There is plenty of storage space for food and other supplies that you may need to bring along.There are 8 cabinets and 1 big cabinets with shelves as well as under-bed storage accessible from outside. -Outlets are plentiful throughout so you can charge phone, laptops, etc. -The garage area of this toy hauler has a panoramic window and provides a flip down sofa and removable table for additional sleeping and storage options.It is perfect for a playpen for your little one. It can easily sleep 4 people with the add-ons bunk beds that we can provide. -It has an AC for hot days and a furnace for cold days. -It has a large electric awning with LED strip lighting HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED: -Basic kitchenware:(pots, pans, cutlery, cups, plates, utensils, cutting board, etc.). -Toiletry:(Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, napkins, soap etc.) RULES OF THE ROAD: -Although we love animals, our RV is PET FREE. -We ask that you DO NOT SMOKE inside. -Please return it as clean at it was when you received it. (Cleaning supplies will be provided for free).If it will need an excessive cleaning after you return it, a $100 fee will be applied. -No off-road (gravel road is fine or calm dirt road) . This is separate from the damage deposit - IF OFF- ROADING is completed in the RV, please be advised that a $750 dollar cleaning fee/damage fee will be applied for issues like damages, scuffed up, severely dirty or dented etc. -We expect the black and grey water tank to be returned empty, if not a $200 will be applied. -Pickup and Drop off before 2 PM otherwise additional charge may apply.
