The bunkhouse also offers an exterior kitchen with propane BBQ and mini-fridge, stereo, couch and cozy dinette, a touch-button electric awning, and an outdoor shower to wash off after a day of adventures. Sleeping options include a queen-size bed, a converted dinette, a converted couch and double-sized bunk beds. Other things to note: As our trailer is 33' from tip to tail, be sure your campsite will accommodate the trailer, plus enough room for your vehicle. We're located in North Lake Tahoe and know a lot about the area. Ask us about grocery stores, hiking, and biking trails, or other activities and things to do. **Night In The Country: Rental rate is $1,960 (5 days/4 nights - Wed-Sun), for self-tow (min 1/2 ton vehicle with brake controller required.) Or we can deliver and setup for $1,500 (roundtrip & includes waste tank dumping after the festival.) Bring your own generator, or rent our pair of Honda suitcase generators (sufficient to run the AC as well as everything else.). Security deposit is $1,950, refundable up to $1,850 if the trailer is returned clean and undamaged. **Welcome Burners )'( Our Burningman Rental Rate is a Flat Fee of $7,000 pickup Wednesday, September 2 - return Monday, September 7 (includes linens, pillows, towels, and kitchen essentials). Additional nights are $1,000 per night; Bring your own generator, or rent our pair of Honda suitcase generators suitable to operate the a/c and everything else for $1,000 flat rate; the security deposit is $4,000. If the camper is returned clean and undamaged your $4,000 security deposit will be refunded in full. If you prefer to leave the cleaning to us, our fee ranges from $2,500 (held from your deposit) up to the full $4,000 deposit (depends the trailer's condition when you bring it back). If you decide to clean it yourself, we understand there will be signs of it being on the playa, even after you’ve spent your time getting it as clean as it was when you picked it up. If it comes back and we see you haven’t cleaned it at all, only removing your personal items, we will retain a minimum $2,500 of your security deposit, and up to the full $4,000. We also understand you won’t have the time to get into the cracks and crevices. We anticipate this and have included in our charges the time that we’ll spend cleaning the areas that you won’t be able to reach. We offer Flat Rate B-Man delivery options: Reno-$700; Fernley-$1,200; Gerlach-$2,500. Additional fees for on playa delivery, and concierge service (we'll need a ticket and a car pass). To self tow from our location at Lake Tahoe, or From any of these locations where we will deliver, you must have a suitable vehicle and experience to tow it to the playa and back. Minimum 1/2 ton Truck or 1/2 ton SUV, with electric brake controller. This flat rate includes round trip, but not dumping waste tanks. We to be dumped prior to returning it (you arrange service on the playa or yourself enroute back). If for some reason you are unable to dump it before you return it to us, the fee is $450.
