Welcome to our brand new home away from home! This is not just a rental camper; its our one and only personal RV. You will get our full attention and professional service as if you were part of our family. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors in as much comfort as possible. This camper is loaded with features for its smaller 30’ size and is towable by 1/2 ton sized vehicles.
King bed! Unlike most, this RV has a King sized bed in a private room! We added a 2” memory foam topper for extra comfort. Comfortable, clean sheets and a comforter are available too. This bedroom has a decent amount of storage and USB ports by each bedside to keep your electronics alive while you rest.
Huge kitchen! No one wants to juggle where to put food while cooking or worry about not having room for cookware. There are 4 small drawers and 2 huge pullout drawers are ready to go with most of the cookware and utensils you expect to find at home. Our camper is stocked with: Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, mugs, tea kettle, french press coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, tupperware, cutting boards, skewers for smores and grilling accessories. There are basic spices and cooking oil available to use, along with a large pantry to store your food. There is an 8 cubic foot refrigerator that can run off propane or electricity - very efficient.
Bunk beds for the kids! Each has a comfy mattress, their own privacy curtains, 2 usb ports and outlets, and a mesh storage pocket. Comfortable sheets and comforters are available.
The bottom bunk flips up for storage with a large rear access door! We can fit 2x 10’ kayaks inside, which are available to rent for a low price ($25/each per trip!) It is also a great storage area once at the campsite.
In the kitchen, the wrap around dinette quickly converts into a couch or bed which we include comfy pillows to rest on. It perfectly faces a large TV in case you want to watch a movie or show if the weather keeps you inside. The TV is prewired with HDMI to the stereo system and is ready for a USB connection for streaming or bluetooth for music inside or out!
The outdoor kitchen has a small fridge that runs off of 110v only and has a nice built-in capital grill. It cooked a few steaks to absolute perfection! USB ports outside as well so your phone is always charged to capture pictures of the adventure. For an extra $10, you can rent a portable cast iron griddle with its own 5 lb refillable propane tank; no green canisters to throw away!
For our renters that want to go off grid, the solar panel and propane will take care of many basic RV functions. To utilize the HVAC system, TV, microwave and outlets, a generator is needed. Over twelve, 12v USB ports throughout the camper run off the batteries at all times! Off grid camping will require a generator to keep the batteries in good shape. Our cummins onan 4500w generator is amazingly quiet (53 decibels), to where a normal conversation is possible while standing right in front of it. It’s powerful enough to run everything as needed. Our generator is available to rent as we encourage its use to allow extra run time so the batteries are charged and you are comfortable.
For full hookup camping, there is a lot less work involved monitoring the electrical and plumbing systems. Just plug in and relax!
Either style of camping can be complimented with many add on items. We want to make them available for a low price, which keeps the overall rental fee low. If you don’t want or need it, why pay for it?! We have a propane fire pit with its own 20 lb propane tank that doubles as an outdoor table, which is great if there are fire restrictions on real campfires. But if you can have a real campfire, a generous bundle of seasoned cedar, pine, or oak wood mix is available for purchase. There are zero gravity lounge chairs, as well as an outdoor camp table with storage underneath - perfect for the griddle to sit on. Don’t forget the cast iron cookware!
Our favorite add-on?? Kayaks!! We have 2x 10’ lifetime sit-on-top kayaks that will fit INSIDE the camper! One dolly is included but it can haul both kayaks to the beach. We have used them on high mountain lakes, rivers, and all the way down to the beach.
Delivery is available for a fee, which includes delivery, setup, take down, propane, and dump service. Cleaning fee still applies. We live near Sly Park Campground so that delivery is discounted even more if you plan to be camping there.
If you tow our camper, please make sure your vehicle is prepared for it! It is half-ton towable, needs a 7 pin round connection with its trailer brakes, and is a true 30’ camper. We include a weight distribution hitch, as well as a back up camera that works while towing for added safety.
If you have any questions or concerns about our trailer, just ask! We are happy to give an honest answer. Our camper is right for us; lets make sure its right for you too!
