Hello and thank you for your interest in our 21 foot forest River Viking travel trailer! It's only been out a few times so it's like new. Best used at campgrounds that have hook ups for water and electricity as it does not have a built in generator but we can rent you one if you have a truck for an additional fee. This is the perfect trailer for small families as it sleeps 4 comfortably, six if you have 4 younger kids age 14 or under. It tows very easy as it's 4300 pounds when empty. You must have an electric brake controller installed in your tow rig, will not let you leave unless you show you have one installed. This is our families personal trailer and we want to enjoy it for many years so please just be respectful and clean, no smoking inside. You must dump all tanks before dropping it back off or a $75 fee will apply if we need to flush the tanks for you. If you bring back the Trailer and didn't have time to clean it and return it in the same condition as when you picked it up a $40 cleaning fee will apply. Every surface will be professionally sanitized and cleaned before it goes out on every trip. Please watch this video on how to properly drain and flush the black tank on this RV to avoid the additional $75 dump fee if you return the trailer with the black tank not flushed-

What an amazing experience! This was our first time camping, renting, and pulling a travel trailer and we could not have selected better host! Adam, and his father Romi were amazing! From the initial request, the communication was excellent. We talked for 30 minutes to confirm the date and times, and both get a little background to really feel comfortable with the transaction.
Next was pick up day and his father was available to go over the detail of how to setup, tow, and use the trailer. As this was our first rental and travel trailer experience, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient, going at a good pace, covering all the details of the trailer. No question was to big or too small to ask and he really did help me feel comfortable with the trailer and all the aspects needed to use their travel trailer!
As for the trailer itself, it was clean, well maintained and super easy to tow! It is a perfect fit for a couple up to a small family and really made the weekend a perfect little get away! Even on the cold and rainy nights of the weekend the heater worked great (almost a little to well) but more than anything, it was super cozy and perfect for my wife and I. As we finished setting up, Romi called (again, great communication) and made sure everything went well and that we had no issues setting up.
Last but least, at drop off time, they were extremely flexible, and overall made the trip an enjoyable, long lasting memory that will last for a lifetime! Romi (again a superstar) helped me back it into the driveway and make the final return delivery!
In conclusion, the question is, would I recommend the trailer and renter... well, if you cant tell from the review, the answer is absolutely! This family (and trailer) are amazing and made a great memory into an amazing experience! If you are looking for a first time (or second, or third) travel trailer this is the perfect rental! Will we rent again, absolutely!!
