Flor was very pleasant to talk with, the trailer was quite nice. We enjoyed the convenience of having the kitchen and bathroom, as we are normally tent campers. We did have a number of problems: - the trailer arrived later than stated - communication was not great - the waste tank showed 3/4 full on arrival - the bathroom smelled bad - the trailer was unstable and not level

RV is great and exactly as advertised. Communication with owners is easy and usually very fast. We did have an issue with delivery of the unit to our campsite but it worked out. The unit was comfortable and well kept, enjoyed our weekend!
