Welcome to our Camper! We have put a lot of love into this trailer and know you will enjoy all it has to offer in the great outdoors! Out Trailer is 17ft Long but Extends out up to 27ft with both pop out beds! This is a Hybrid Trailer because both ends open like a tent trailer but gives lots of extra room inside and the rest is fully closed, each pop out is also Upgraded with Gekko Covers to keep it insulated and blocks out that early AM sunrise so you can get a few extra Z's! On one side is a Full Bed and the other side is the Queen bed where each have been upgraded with super soft Memory Foam Toppers. Both the Couch and Table also can be converted into small beds for lots of extra sleeping space! Has a 2 burner propane stove, Fridge/Freezer, Shower, Hot Water, AC Cooling as well as Heating and DVD/Blu Ray Player & TV. We will include many of your Camping necessities such as a Portable BBQ Grill, Coffee Maker + Creamer, Tea, Electric Kettle, Plates, Bowls, All Cutlery, Pots, Pans, Can Opener, Lanterns, Bath Towels, Shampoo & Conditioner, Dish Scrubby & Soap, TP, Paper Towels, 10x10 Canopy, 4 Camp Chairs, Large Camping Rug, Board/Card Games, Marshmallow Sticks. A note from the host: We will set up your entire Trailer and this will also include the Awning, Easy Up Shade Cover and Outdoor Mat (Weather Permitting) Setup normally takes us around 1hr 1/2 and we will work with you to coordinating the best time for us to start setting up your camp and hand you the keys once you arrive and once you get there we will walk you through the in's and out's of the entire setup. And once your trip is done we will arrive to take everything down on check out day.

Hello from the Turner Family!
