If it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your full security deposit, in addition to the cost associated to restoration, repairs, AND any business lost due to repair time. Fire PIT Smoke/BBQ Grill Smoke Policy-- Please refrain from using the BBQ or firepit in close proximity to trailer.
