We love our trailer and we hope for you to make amazing family memories. Beds: It has 2 bedrooms for extra privacy 1 with a king sized bed and lots of storage. Second bedroom has 2 individual bunk beds (if you choose to bring an additional twin size air mattress there is ample room for it). We provide a small bed/cot .The Dinette becomes a bed. Amenities: Kitchen is loaded with microwave, stove, fridge and basic cooking utensils.Double recliner to enjoy 52“ TV. It has an electric fireplace and propane heater for chilly days (fireplace requires electrical hookup or generator). Also 2 air conditioners for hotter days (to run duel air conditioner you need to be connected to 50 amp electrical connection). 30 amp for single ac use. Generator that we offer as an add on will only run one ac at a time. Roll up privacy blinds all around. Never run out of hot water with a tankless water heater when connected to water and sewer hookups. It also has an outdoor shower. Bluetooth indoor /Outdoor speakers. It has solar inverters good for dry camping (you still need a generator to run AC) auto leveling Power stabilizer, power awning and 2 slide outs. Important Info: *We don’t provide bedding/linens ( make sure you bring your own) ** You will need a 3/4 ton truck to safely pull this trailer. **We require that you have an electronic brake controller installed in your tow rig. *ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE RV. If you do so you might be subject to a charge to deodorize the unit. **Please let us know if you are bringing your dogs ( we are gonna find out anyways) a pet fee is required as an add on, if you didn’t choose pet add on, and we found any evidence , You will be subject to a pet fee charge 2 dogs max (they have to be potty trained, no doggy pads inside rv, pee smell would result in extra fee* Please take care of our trailer as if it was yours to avoid any extra charges. **Pick up time is flexible starting 8AM and drop off-is at 7:00 PM. For early pick up and late drop off please choose the add ons. **Ramp is for loading and unloading ONLY no onboard vehicles allowed of any kind.
