Unlike standard narrow trailers, this Open Range features a wide-body chassis and extra-high ceilings, making it feel more like a luxury apartment than a camper. Whether you're heading to the mountains or the coast, this BHS model is the ultimate family basecamp. With double-over-double bunks for the kids and a private master suite for the adults, everyone gets a good night's sleep. Highlights: True Residential Feel: Huge kitchen island and a massive U-lounge for family dinners. Modern Tech: integrated Bluetooth sound system and USB charging ports throughout. Outdoor Living: Large power awning with LED lighting and an outdoor kitchen for the ultimate BBQ setup. We want your trip to be as stress-free as possible, which is why we provide the essentials at no extra cost: Fresh Linens: High-quality sheets, plush pillows, and cozy comforters for the master suite and the bunks. Fresh bath towels and washcloths are also included. Chef’s Kitchen: Equipped with plates, bowls, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. The Essentials: We provide a starter kit of RV-safe toilet paper and dish soap. To ensure our Open Range stays in pristine condition for every guest, we ask that you follow these guidelines: No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the trailer. A professional deep-cleaning fee ($500+) will be deducted from the security deposit if any smoke odor is detected. No Rooftop Access: For your safety and to prevent damage to the seals, please do not climb on the roof. Awning Safety: Please retract the power awning during high winds, heavy rain, or whenever you leave the campsite. Septic Care: Only use the provided RV-safe toilet paper. Never flush feminine products, wipes (even "flushable" ones), or grease down the drains. Return State: While we handle the heavy cleaning, we ask that you wash your used dishes, sweep/mop, and remove all trash before checkout. A one-time Cleaning Fee of $125 applies to every booking. Please select septic cleaning and basic cleaning options during booking to apply. If there will be use of heating and indoor/outdoor kitchen, please select propane refill option. What this covers: -Professional sanitization of all surfaces and floors. -Laundering and sanitizing of all linens and towels. -Exterior wash and window cleaning. -Propane refill and pre-trip safety inspection. -Dumping and flushing of the holding tanks (so you don't have to!).
