Our 40-foot home-on-wheels is perfect for families, couples, or small groups who love comfort while exploring. It’s especially ideal for families with little ones — we travel with our 1- and 5-year-old and designed everything with coziness and convenience in mind. It sleeps up to six comfortably, has great Wi-Fi, a strong heater, TV with DVD collection, walkie-talkies for off-grid adventures, and board games for all ages. Whether you’re looking for a cozy getaway or a family road trip, this RV makes it easy to feel right at home anywhere. Add-Ons We Offer: -Board games, Family trivia games, card games, & DVDs for both kids and adults -Walkie-talkies for easy communication when exploring and off grid. -Fully stock kitchen, and Keurig coffee maker. -Optional linens and towels for a hotel-style setup. -Outdoor camping chairs and built in outdoor black stone and BBQ burners for evenings under the stars. -Wi-Fi Starlink access (strong connection even off-grid) -Provide local Thousand Trail members delivery and set up (additional fee). -Early pick-up or late drop-off (based on availability) Important Rules: -No smoking or vaping inside the RV. -No pets (unless pre-approved). -Please empty black and gray tanks before return (or choose the add-on service). -Treat our home like your own — we’ve put a lot of love into keeping it cozy for our family. -Absolutely no climbing on the roof. -Return with full propane (unless add-on selected). -Please return all board games and pieces into respective game boxes and back into game closet. -Please be sure that all DVDs are back in their original cases.
