Required upon return: -grey/black tanks emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty) -propane tank filled to pick-up level (10$/gallon for us to re-fill) -cleaned prior to return (150$ cleaning fee applied if returned dirty) -no smoking (1000$ fee plus loss of security deposit if smoke residue found) All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes.
