Our crews are stationed throughout the Playa, fully equipped with mechanics and spare parts to keep everything running smoothly. Our pricing is not tied to specific dates, and we offer easy pickup and drop-off options. We also provide delivery throughout Northern California, Reno, or directly to the Playa for an additional fee. Since we have the tools and expertise, we often end up helping out with other people’s RVs as well. This will be my 16th Burn—so you’re in good hands! Included in all rentals: Baking sheet, mixing bowl, cooking utensils, trash can liners, wine opener, can opener, pots and pans, cups, coffee cups, silverware, knives, cutting board, plates & bowls, paper towels, 2 hand towels, sponge, dish drying rack, colander, kitchen & bathroom trash can, sewer hose, sewer hose support, fresh water hose w/pressure regulator, holding tank deodorizer, broom & dust pan, RV safe toilet paper, rubber gloves. Please note: While we maintain the RV diligently, unexpected issues can still arise, as is common with RVs. We do not offer discounts for items that break during your trip. However, we’re committed to assisting you in resolving any problems that come up. By renting, you acknowledge and accept the RV in its current condition. Generator Care (Onan Air-Cooled) Check the oil every 8 hours. These generators are air cooled and normally burn oil — up to 1 oz/hour — so levels drop fast with heavy use. Low oil is the #1 reason a generator shuts down; this is not a malfunction, it's normal upkeep. To check: make sure the generator is level and cool, then screw the dipstick all the way in before reading. If the oil is low, top it off before running further — this resolves the shutdown immediately. Do not overfill or this will also make it shut down.
