It has been well maintained, and all appliances work perfectly. The engine is strong with monthly maintenance checks. THE RIG IS Professionally Sanitized With Ultra Violet Light Wand AND THE Highest Quality Surface Sanitizers. We offer setup for a nominal fee if you are staying at Campland by the Bay. Please book early, we have several inquiries right now due to the desire for social distancing. We request that you have experience driving larger RVs. This is a non-smoking RV. If smoke of any sort is detected by our staff, there is a mandatory fee of no less than $250 to remove the smell. If you do not return the RV with a full tank of gas, there is a $8 per-gallon charge if we need to fill it up. If you do not return the RV with a full tank of propane, there is a $8 per-gallon charge if we need to fill it up. There is a mandatory $100 cleaning fee for normal cleaning after the RV has been returned. If there are any additional stains on the carpet, cushions, or floor that need to have extra work done there will be an additional cleaning charge. We want you to be able to use our vehicles, just not abuse them. If they are damaged, we will request that you fix the damage. We are fair and have a great deal of integrity; we ask the same of you. If something happens while you are on the road, we will do our best to make sure we remedy the problem. Our goal is for you to have an Extraordinary Experience!
