Our new and beautifully decorated trailer is perfect for any family looking for a comfortable adventure. 2021 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite T241BHXL is 28ft long and has a queen size master bedroom, 2 oversized full bunk beds, and a convertible dinette, 10 cu. ft. refrigerator, electric fireplace, and outdoor kitchen. Here are some more great features of our trailer: - Sleep up to 8. 2 on the queen, 2 in each bunk, and 2 on the dinette bed. Upgraded memory foam queen mattress! - Indoor & outdoor dual zone smart radio and speakers with AM/FM/Bluetooth connection - HD smart TV with Roku for all of the streaming services. If your campsite has WiFi, just connect and sign in. Or wirelessly stream from your phone. - Modern LED lighting throughout (including on the awning). -Powered 16’ awning with inside controls - Inside kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, huge refrigerator with separate freezer, and a large sink. - Outdoor kitchen includes a propane grill powered by onboard propane lines, and mini fridge. - Combination tub/shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet in the bathroom. - Outside shower for a quick rinse - Air conditioning and furnace - Quick recovery water heater - USB charging ports throughout and on both sides of the queen bed and in each bunk. - Storage! What’s included: Included with your rental are the following: - Two propane tanks to run the for stove/oven, furnace, and outdoor grill. - Full sheet set, comforters, and pillows for the bunkbeds, queen bed, and dinette bed. - Full towel set for 6 -Board and card games - 6 adult and 1 kid size camping chair - Dishes and utensils for 6, plus wine/bottle opener, can opener - Pots and pans, bowls, Tupperware and all kitchen utensils -BBQ cooking utensils and lighter -Hair dryer and hand towels - Keurig Coffee maker and toaster -Beach towels (6) -Toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, hand and dish soap, and garbage bags -large waterproof outdoor rug -First aid kit -Weight distribution hitch and training on how to use it properly if towing. -Backup camera and Bluetooth display Recommendations: -For deliveries to dry campsites, we'll deliver with a full tank of fresh water and will provide instructions for refilling the tank. -If you're dry camping (campsites without electrical hookups), we highly recommend adding our generator to your booking so that you can fully utilize the trailer as the battery will only last for about a half day of continued usage. -Training and setup: Please plan for 20-30 minutes for an orientation and walkthrough. We also provide a quick reference user manual to answer any questions you may have. Other information: - $100 prep fee to cover professional cleaning, washing of all towels and linens, restocking of provided supplies, sanitization, dumping septic tanks, and two full propane tanks -No trips to Mexico -No pets -No festivals -No Smoking or vaping in the trailer - Trailer must be returned reasonably clean. Dishes must be washed please! -Electronic Brake Controller required if towing -Can deliver to and access military bases! -Active Duty Military / First Responder Discount: 10% per night -Delivery required.
