The trailer comfortably accommodates up to 8 individuals and includes all essential amenities. It features one bedroom with doors and a queen-size bed, double-sized bunk beds, and a full-size dinette that converts into a bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, and air conditioner with ducts throughout the trailer. Electric fireplace that adds to the ambiance when it is cold outside. Additionally, it has two outdoor doors, one leading to the main living area and one to the bathroom. The trailer has fresh water, black, and grey tanks, as well as one slide-out that provides ample space inside. It also includes both outdoor and indoor sound system with bluetooth, outdoor lights, and an outdoor shower. We love to go camping with our family and have a lot of supplies. If there is anything extra that you need, please let us know as we might have it. Your comfort and satisfaction is our top priority, and we are more than happy to assist you with anything additional you may require during your stay. Other things to note: All campground reservations must be made separately with the campground directly. When booking keep in mind the maximum trailer length restrictions at the campground. This trailer is 29 feet with a slide out on the driver side. There is a total of 4 beds that accommodate up to 8 people, 3 of those beds are full-sized which is best for children or smaller adults. Short Queen: Sleeps 2 adults — 60" x 76" Convertible Dinette: Sleeps 1 adult or 2 children — 44" x 76" Bunk Beds: Sleeps 1 adult or 2 children per bunk — 50" x 76" Rules of the road • Park entrance fees will be deducted from deposit. • A dumping fee of $50-75 will be added to your trip through Add-Ons depending on if you have sewer hookups or not. • NO SMOKING is allowed in the trailer. A charge of $500 will be taken out of the deposit if any sign of smoking is detected. • Major Holidays - 4 night minimum • Do not flush any paper products, sanitary items, wipes, or anything that is not 100% biodegradable down the toilet. Flushing any of these items will result in a $250 fee from the deposit. Cleaning Requirements: Trailer must be returned in the same condition as received. If not, you will be charged $125/hour that will be deducted from the deposit. Excessively Dirty Fee: Any glitter, slime, playdoh, footprints or damage to walls, curtains, etc. will be a minimum $250 charge for one hour and $125 for each additional hour from your deposit. Pet Rules: • Dogs are allowed for an additional $100 per pet up to 2 pets allowed. • Signs of pet damage, stains, excessive fur on furniture or beds, or smells will incur a charge of $350, which will be deducted from the deposit. **Do not leave pets in the trailer alone for any reason unless they are in a crate and it is cool outside. The trailer gets hot like a car and is unsafe for your fur babies. By adhering to these rules of the road, you can help ensure that the trailer remains in excellent condition for future renters.
