2021 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup 16BHS

Important Seasonal Update (October 27th → until further notice) As soon as temperatures in Colorado drop below freezing, our Wolf Pup 17BH is kept professionally winterized to protect the plumbing system. Winterization means: • No running water • No use of sink, shower, or toilet • Full plumbing system is protected with RV-specific antifreeze You can still stay warm, live comfortably, and use electricity, heat, AC, beds, kitchen counter space, fridge, microwave, and stove (stove only when de-winterized). Many guests choose exactly such minimalist winter stays — it’s cozy and very straightforward. ⸻ Traveling to warmer states? You can de-winterize the trailer at any licensed RV service center along the way. This will restore: • running water • toilet • shower • sinks • full plumbing functionality When you return to Colorado and freezing temperatures, the trailer must be winterized again to avoid pipe or tank damage. Most shops offer same-day service. ⸻ We can recommend trusted RV service centers along your travel route Tell us your destination, and we’ll suggest reliable, licensed RV service companies located conveniently along your path. Typical service costs: • De-winterization: ~150 • Winterization: 200–275 • Heater/skirt installation in extreme climates: additional (optional) We’ll help you choose the most convenient location and make the process effortless. ⸻ Meet Our Wolf Pup 17BH — Clean. Minimal. Flexible. Easy. Some trailers come heavily stocked with décor, equipment, cookware, linens, and personal belongings. Our Wolf Pup — intentionally does not. It is your blank canvas home-on-wheels, designed for travelers who value: • freedom • minimalism • the ability to bring their own comfort • long-term monthly stays • simple clean space • easy towing We keep it ultra-clean, disinfected, empty of personal items, and ready for you to create your own atmosphere. Bring your blankets, pillows, rugs, fairy lights, kitchen gear — whatever makes you feel at home. ⸻ Why Rent This Wolf Pup? 1. Lightweight & Easy to Tow Wolf Pup 17BH is famously beginner-friendly. Stable, compact, easy to hitch, and great for mountain driving. Towing experience is required, but you won’t need a large truck — many mid-size SUVs work if properly rated (check your towing capacity). 2. Ideal for Minimalist Travelers We provide: • bed mattresses • heating • AC • fridge & microwave • clean surfaces • basic setup You bring the rest, building your perfect cozy nest exactly the way you prefer. 3. Perfect for Monthly Rentals Because the trailer is minimal, clean, and empty, monthly renters enjoy full flexibility. You can equip the space exactly how you like — especially important for remote workers, couples, solo travelers, and guests heading to warmer climates for winter. 4. Warm & Safe for Winter Stays (without running water) Even fully winterized, the trailer stays very warm thanks to an efficient furnace. Many long-term guests stay inside for: • reading • remote work • rest • travel transitions • exploring warm-weather destinations The space heats quickly and maintains temperature well. 5. Practical Interior Layout Inside you get: • Queen bed • Two bunk beds • Dinette seating • Fridge • Microwave • Heater / Air Conditioner • Storage cabinets • Clean bright interior Stove and water systems operate only when de-winterized. 6. Create Your Own Vibe The minimal interior gives you total freedom to customize the space for a month or longer exactly the way you enjoy it. 7. Travel South → De-Winterize → Enjoy Your Trip If you’re heading south, you can easily de-winterize at the first warm stop. We can guide you to trusted locations depending on your route. 8. Returning to Colorado → Winterize Again This prevents: • burst pipes • damaged tanks • expensive repairs • frozen lines Guests appreciate this guidance — it keeps the experience smooth and stress-free. ⸻ Who This Trailer Is Perfect For • Couples seeking a minimal home on wheels • Solo travelers wanting a quiet, comfortable space • Remote workers on long trips • Guests driving from Colorado to warmer states • Travelers who prefer to bring their own comfort items • People wanting a “clean slate” instead of a fully stocked trailer • Monthly renters looking for a budget-friendly, simple setup ⸻ Heating, Safety & Comfort Even when fully winterized, the Wolf Pup remains: • warm • dry • quiet • insulated • comfortable The furnace heats quickly and keeps the temperature stable. Perfect for rest after long drives or quiet work-from-home days. ⸻ Outdoor Features • Awning for shade or light rain • Exterior lighting • Easy access steps • Simple outdoor area ready for your own gear Bring your chairs, rugs, lights, or camping table to set up your outdoor space. You may also request them as add-ons. ⸻ Cleanliness Standard We prepare the trailer: • deeply cleaned • fully disinfected • aired out • free of odors • empty of personal belongings You receive a fresh, neutral space to customize as you like. ⸻ Travel Assistance & Support We’re a small Colorado family, and we’re always here to support your journey. Hi! I’m Anastasia, and this is my husband Jared — a dad, a husband, and a wedding photographer who sees the world through emotion, beauty, and real moments. We’re a family of three, and our whole RV story started as a very personal experiment just for us. We wanted a little home-on-wheels to explore Colorado, to wake up in the mountains, to watch our son grow up with the same kind of childhood memories we had — open skies, fresh air, campfires, the feeling of freedom when the day starts outside. We put a lot of heart into our RVs because they were originally created for our own trips, comfort, and safety. And now we love sharing this with people who appreciate the outdoors the way we do. If you enjoy comfort, simplicity, warmth, and real nature moments — you’ll feel right at home with our little adventure on wheels.
