The perfect unit for a young family just starting out or for seasoned campers alike. BEN offers a set of bunks for the kiddos, and a space saving Murphy bed! You can easily cook up light meals and snacks for your family in the kitchen and enjoy them at the U-shaped dinette which converts to a bed. The dinette is set in a slide out which opens up the living space. You will also find ample storage for your camping gears. The very rear of this unit features a set of bunk beds for the kids to enjoy, plus they are conveniently located next to the complete bath at night. For safe towing, Ben has a 4-point Weight Distribution and anti-Sway hitch included with the rental. He also features a BACK-UP AND OBSERVATION CAMERA to view what is behind your trailer and assist during merging. We also added a WIRELESS TPMS to display tire pressure and temperature reducing risk of tire Blow-out. * BRAKE CONTROLLER on tow vehicle is NOT REQUIRED. This trailer has wireless brake controller so no need of messing with your vehicles electrical. Your tow vehicle must have 7 pin connector, conversion plug from 4 pin to 7 pin will not work with the wireless brake controller. We maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness which includes cleaning with antibacterial/antiviral cleaner before and after each rental. We wipe down all hard surfaces with these cleaners paying special attention to areas travelers touch frequently, including but not limited to seats, tables, counters and door handles, faucets and sinks. To maximize your reservation, we try our best to arrange PICK UP time starting at SUNRISE and DROP OFF before SUNDOWN but please do check with us first, there maybe associated fees. Once your reservation is confirmed and approved, the pick up and drop off times may no longer be changed unless offered as a courtesy, again it is important to communicate with us to arrange the time. Due to size and handling characteristics, the RV shall not be operated at speeds in excess of 55 miles per hour regardless of the posted speed limit, even with the Electronic Break Assist and Anti-sway bars, on Interstate Highway, and below speed limit on city limits or 30MPH whichever is lower. We will give you enough time to clean and drop off so there is NO NEED TO RUSH. We've taken every precaution to make certain we NEVER charge a renter for damage that was already there. In addition to the personal walk-through inspection with you, we take digital photos of the unit just before you leave plus we may also video the check out. We are committed to making sure you're not charged for damage you didn't do. HOLDING TANKS MUST BE TOTALLY EMPTIED PRIOR TO RETURNING. BY BOOKING OUR TRAVEL TRAILER, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT OUR RULES. THE USE OF OUR TRAVEL TRAILER MEANS YOU HAVE FULLY INSPECTED ITS CONDITION INCLUDING EVERY PARAPHERNALIA THAT COMES WITH IT TO BE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. Questions?
