About this RV: Meet our cozy and compact 2022 Coleman 180RB - the ideal camper for a weekend getaway or road trip for 2 or 3 people. Lightweight and easy to tow at just 22.9 feet, it's great for beginners or experienced RVers alike. Inside you'll find a queen bed, large rear bathroom, and all the comforts of home - with a slide-out, full kitchen, and stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. Rules: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to, otherwise security deposit is forfeited. Dogs are allowed under 50lbs. No cats. If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty black and grey tank before return, if they are not empty you will be charged an additional fee $250. You should bring the RV back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation. No cats Dogs allowed but under 50 pounds No rooftop access In-state usage only For customers that stay at a campground that does not have sewer hookups we will provide a large portable waste tank for a fee. RV cannot leave the state of Florida
