Its eye-catching, modern styling gives an upscale feel while allowing guests to feel comfortable with thoughtfully appointed details. Enjoy the outdoors even more while cooking on the outdoor stovetop, pulling your favorite cold beverage out of the outdoor mini fridge and listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers. Step into the walk-in shower and rinse all your worries away. A queen size Murphy style bed and dining table that converts to a full size bed provides sleeping for up to 3 guests. Take time to relax and enjoy all the amenities this little gem has to offer! Things to note: - We do not allow smoking inside of this RV. - Camper will sleep UP TO 3 people, but may be best suited for 2 adults and 1 child due to limited space. -Awning must be retracted during heavy winds and must not be left out overnight or while occupants are away. -This rental unit does not have a conventional oven. It has a microwave convection oven. - Camper is pet friendly for house trained dogs (Max. 2) under 25 lbs. Please select $50 “pet fee” add-on during checkout to book your trip with your pet. If damage is caused by pets, deposit will not be refunded. Excessive uncleanliness of camper due to pet(s) will cause renter to incur additional cleaning fee of $100. - We do not have a generator for primitive camping. No other generators are allowed. -After your stay, please place used bed linens, towels, etc. in a pile inside of shower. Please also return clean kitchen items back in cabinets/drawers.
