Hello Wanderers, We are VS Journey and we have the perfect Travel Trailer for your adventure. Our 2022 Jayco have plenty of living space to accommodate up to 8 in total. Our Jayco have a master bedroom with a Queen bed with a private door and plenty of storage 1 full bunkbed with u der storage. 1 dinette that converts into a bed with more storage. 1 pullout sofa. 1 restroom with very spacious shower. With plenty of living space to easily acommodate your family/friends/party of people. Our kitchen have a modern farm look with the basic appliances, we also have an outdoors kitchenette with a small fridge and an outdoor shower for all your outdoor adventures. Big TV and radio with indoor/outdoor speaker. *We Dont offer delivery* VS Journey Rules/Policy: ●No pets ●No smoking ●No drugs/illegal items at any moment. ●No extra passengers ●No strong odors ●No festivals/Dry Camp ●No out of state travel without early notice or against as agreed in pick up. Additional charges or fees can and will be added if Rules/policies are not followed. ●Abandonment fee, This fee will be charged if the RV is not returned to the agreed place. ●Late fee, This fee will be charged if the RV is returned late from the agreed time of drop off. ●Dump fee, This fee will be charged if the RV is returned without dumping the tanks. ●Pet fee.no pets at any moment inside the RV** If there's any pets residuals or print inside the RV this will forfeit the deposit, automatically cancel the reservation witout refund and a $700 cleaning fee will be added. ●Smoking fee, No smoking of any type, this will forfeit the deposit and a $1000 cleaning/odor removal/disinfecting and sanitizing fee will be added. ●no festivals, this will automatically cancel the reservation without refund, the RV will be towed at your expense and a $1,000 fee will aply and the security deposit will be forfeited. ●Damage fees, Any damage to the RV will have additional.cost based on the damage, the deposit will be forfited, the guest will be responsible for the total amount left pending/differential to cover the repairs.* ●No Excessive dirtiness/ sand/stains or any dirt/rocks/leaf/nature component or floor material a $300 cleaning fee will be added •Damage fee, in any case this components damage any furniture or appliances in any form the full covering repair cost will be added and the deposit will be forfeited. ●No drugs or any illegal items can be kept in the RV at any moment, This will cancel the stay automatically, forfeit the deposit with No refund and the law enforcement will be immediately notified. ●No smoking of any sustance inside the rv at any moment, this will forfeit deposit and cancel the stay automatically without refund. ●No strong odors like fish or decaying perishable items $300 additional fee. ●No candles or insect repelent that had to be lit with fire/ or have strong odors in case of damage or strong odor that fee will be added** any case you violated our rules your deposit will be forfeited, your stay can be canceled immediately and the RV Picked up with the towing/mileage/transport cost of returning it home. ●We are not responsible for any Left behind, Lost or stolen article item or belongings of any kind. Please make sure once you return the RV doble check that you are not leaving anything behind. ●If you accept the agreement you are acepting this RV Rules enforcement. ●We reserve the right of admission* Any additional item will be discussed, explained, agreed and documented at pick up.
