Great camper with lots of bedroom space and clothes hanging space. Clean, well kept and comes with just about any kitchen tool, accessory or appliance you'd need (even had toaster and air fryer). Super caring hosts who take time to ensure your satisfaction and enjoyment! Fabulous experience!!
This was our first time renting a camper, we chose MiKasta owned by Alberta. I have to say, that this was one of the most enjoyable times we had. Alberta was a gentleman and awesome host. The camper and service was top notch! We stayed at Santos camp ground which a group of us do every year during Thanksgiving and I can tell you, we will be back and requesting MiKasta again next year for sure.
Things to do in Gainesville
Gainesville is an exciting city with plenty of attractions to keep you and your crew entertained. However, before taking your rig into the city, it's worth looking at the city's traffic and where to park. Gainesville can be congested around rush hour but isn't as hectic as other big cities in Florida like Miami, Orlando, and Jacksonville. There are also several urban and state parks within a couple of miles of downtown where you can park an RV for the day.
If you fancy touring a museum during your Gainesville RV rental, consider the Harn Museum of Art. One of the largest university art museums in the South, the Harn Museum of Art boasts thousands of objects from around the world, with everything from fifth century BCE African artifacts to paintings by modern masters like Claude Monet.
Or, enjoy a family day out at the Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo. You'll find over 70 animal species at this small zoo, including bald eagles, Asian small-clawed otters, and Matschie's tree-kangaroos. The zoo also offers encounters where you can come face-to-face with some of your favorite critters.

While at the park, learn about the history and myths surrounding the sinkhole and plan a woodland picnic.

We had excellent communication with Adam throughout the rental. He gave clear instructions when we arrived to pickup the camper. Everything was as advertised, comfortable and fully functional. Only 1 minor issue: poor water pressure in bathroom sink compared to pressure elsewhere. A/C was great, we were very cool. I definitely recommend Adam and his camper, even for newbies like us.
