Communication
- Jennifer T.Apr 2026Delivered by hostThe RV was in great condition and clean. The only reason we had an issue was the black tank was full and rendered the toilet unusable. We had to empty tank and treat the tank to refuse the toxic fumes coming from the toilet which fermented in the entire camper. Therefore had to have the windows open at all times in 80+ degrees. Communication was great up until this issue. In conclusion we had a great RV that we could not spend much time, use the bathroom, and were left to deal with the problem ourselves. On our last day it finally started not smelling from the treatment.
