Introducing our 2022 Apex Ultralight 300BHS - the perfect RV for your next adventure! With dual AC units, the coach ensures a comfortable stay all year round. The master bedroom features a residential queen-sized bed and the bunk house is perfect for small children, with 3 bunks and a privacy door. Need more sleeping space? The bunk house can accommodate a queen blow-up mattress. The main living area is equipped with a rotating T.V., dinette that can turn into a bed accommodating 2 adults, and a couch that can also be turned into a bed. The AM/FM Bluetooth radio can be played inside, outside, or both. The kitchen area boasts a large farmhouse-style sink, refrigerator, three-burner propane stove with a fold-away back splash, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom includes a tub for the little ones, a sun roof, and vent fan. Enjoy the outdoors with a fully retractable awning with LED lights and a 120v outlet for movie night under the stars. The outside shower with hot and cold water is conveniently located on the back driver's side of the coach. You'll love the full outdoor kitchen, complete with sink, grill, and refrigerator. The main fridge and water heater can be operated by electric or propane (exterior fridge is electric only). Please keep in mind if you are dry camping (no power source) you will not be able to operate multiple accessories on the RV. If you have a 30amp generator you can run only one A/C unit not both. If you plan to dry camp out RV please inform me of your plan so I can best accommodate and answer any questions you may have. We provide all the essentials including pots, pans, silverware, grilling utensils, cups, plates, bowls, coffee machine, trash bags, 10x10 beach canopy, and adult lawn chairs. If you want to tow the RV yourself, we require a weight distribution hitch with anti-sway bar attachments, which we will provide. Don't miss out on this rental.
