Hello Marisol, and I have been married for 15 years. Her family is from Venezuela. A few years ago, my mother-in-law was coming to visit us from Venezuela for the first time. So we decided to surprise her by renting an RV and driving it to Miami airport with my In-laws to pick her up. They provided a beautiful and extremely clean RV for us. They accomplished a complete setup and gave me a very good briefing on the operational aspects of the RV. The personal touches such as the personalized Welcome sign, snacks, coffee, and other items were greatly appreciated. I will definitely attempt to rent from them again in the future.
