Hello Sleepyheadz, Our cozy camper provides an exceptional experience for you and your family. **Campers Ideal Uses:** Weekend camping getaways, boondocking adventures, game day tailgating, and fun festivals. **Camper Features:** Sleeps up to four with kids, fully stocked with necessities, and enhances the journey. **Sleeping Arrangements:** One queen bed, one dinette conversion bed, and one single-size air mattress. **Bedding and Towels Fee:** A nominal fee applies for linen and towels as they are often stained, forgotten or damaged. **Towel Provision:** Per request each guest would receive two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths. **Bedding:** Per request each bed will have comforters, flat sheets, fitted sheets, and a specified number of pillows. **Accommodation Features:** Spacious 22-foot travel trailer with comfortable beds and air conditioning. **Amenities:** Fully stocked kitchen, dishes, cutlery, coffee, tea, toiletries, entertainment options, indoor and outdoor showers. **Additional Services:** Camping gear, tailgating essentials, stationary rentals and festival item rentals. **Rental Fee:** Additional fee for extra items, services and special requests. **Guest Responsibility:** Paying state park, stadium, venue, and campground RV entrance and RV parking fees. Dumping wastes tanks if opting out of our septic fees. **Waste Disposal:** Portable septic tank recommended for extended stays without full sewer hookups. **Power Source:** Generator recommended for extended stays without full hookups. **Safety Considerations:** Exercise caution with propane appliances and adhere to local regulations. **Stationary Rentals ** All services, amenities, WiFi, parking, linens and equipment included with stationary stays on Sleepyheadz property.
