Large family, spacious, triple slide travel trailer. 2 AC units. 1 queen bed up front with closet, and small dresser and solid door separating from main area. Main living room has a fold down couch that will sleep 2 children or 1 adult easily. It would also sleep 2 smaller adults. Dining room table folds down to sleep 2 smaller kids or 1 older child. Rear bedroom has 2 off floor beds and 1 fold out cube sofa that is on the floor. Because of the slideout, an air mattress will also fit comfortably here. Tv, and dvd player provided. Electric fireplace in main living area. Stereo with Bluetooth capabilities with outdoor speakers. Outdoor kitchen with propane grille included. Good pets allowed. 50amp service preferred. Water lines and sewer lines included in pricing if full hookups are available at the site. Keurig coffee maker provided. Towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and 4 outdoor chairs provided. All throughly washed and sanitized by us after each stay. Delivery fee includes leveling, all setup, walk-through to show functions of RV, pick-up walk-through, tear down,tank dump/cleaning after stay is completed, and hauling home. Delivery fee is only a one time charge which includes to and from. It is NOT doubled for pickup/return.
