After owning pop up campers over the years wevupgraded this year to this beautiful, modern, lightweight like new camper. Sleeps a family of upto 6. Has a queen bed in front, a slidout with dinner table that turns into a bed, and two twin bunk beds. Has bathroom with shower, hot and cold water, very spacious kitchen with sink, 3 burner stove, a dual conviction and microwave, 3-way fridge that works with electric/battry/propane, outdoor grill that hooks up directly to the propane tank and side wall. AC and heating both available. Fresh water 36g, grey water 30g, and black water tank 30gs. Has powered strip lighted hunting, TV and cable, radio sound with two speakers inside and one outside, fresh water and sewer hosees, 4 stabilizer jacks, chucks, borch 12×9 rug, and more. Has tons of storage cabinets and drawers all over. For tutorial please check the following: Add ons: At the moment we have 3 extra 40QT cooler, large and medium screen tent, 15 and 22 gallon grey water tank totes, 3200-4000kW generator/inverter (Fee on generator $25 /night flat rate), 2" ball hitch and a 4 or 7 pin for electric supply to the tail lights that can be provided opon request pending availability. Delivery : standard delivery time would be around 3pm and Fridays between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. It does not include setup. Setup could be included for a fee. There would be a $50 set up/take down fee that Includes but not limited to: stabilizing and leveling the camper with 4 stabilizer jacks, Hooking up city water, hot water set up, electricity, cable, sewer hook-ups where applicable, and any other special requests.
