2008 Scamp 13 Layout 1

Escape the grind, remove the noise, simplify, and reconnect with nature. Many people love the old fiberglass trailers that evoke nostalgia, comfort, calm, and serenity. This trailer is well appointed to easily set up and tear down. Enjoy the basic comforts of life without all the hassle of large RVs/trailers. There's a reason Scamp has a "cult-like" following! Travel with ease and piece of mind. No pickup truck or full-sized SUV required. Weighing in around 1300 pounds empty (and about 150 lbs tongue weight) many small and mid-size vehicles can comfortably handle the Scamp 13. The Scamp does have 30' RV electrical hookup and City Water hookup (25' hose provided). Please note there is no bathroom in the Scamp, so campsite toilets must be utilized (or other methods if boondocking). Pick-up and drop-off times can be flexible, but needs to be agreed upon in advance. Additional equipment available such as kayaks, kevlar canoe, SUPs, portable solar generator, hammocks, etc. Inquire within for availability.

I want to make the outdoors accessible to all people. One can truly find themselves when they step away from the daily grind and put themselves in a new paradigm. You shouldn't need an upper-class income and a massive RV or tow vehicle to be able to escape into the wooded/remote areas of our region for some time away from devices, wi-fi, and the strains of regular life in order to explore yourself and your surroundings.

David was very communicative and responsive. He spent time showing me how to set everything up, especially since this was my first experience with a camper. Everything was clean and we had a very enjoyable experience. I would rent again from and would recommend renting his Scamp.
