No smoking is allowed whatsoever inside the trailer; full deposit is forfeited if camper is smoked in. A $100 fee will be charged if the trailer is returned and black/grey tanks have not been dumped. Renter is responsible to make sure tow vehicle meets towing requirements. Trailer requires a 2 5/8" frame mounted receiver hitch, a 7 pin connection and a brake controller.
