All RVs are GPS monitored and travel outside of these locations is not permitted. The renter will be solely responsible for the return of the RV to the drop off point in the event of damage, loss or disability. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV? Pick up and drop off times will accommodate your arrival and departure times between 9am - 8pm. Following your reservation, we will coordinate the pick-up location instructions and orientation to get you set for adventure! Prior to arrival, please review the link(s) that will provided to the excellent YouTube videos produced by Winnebago RV. Upon arrival, we will spend as much time as needed to perform a full orientation and ensure your comfort. While on your adventure, I am available to answer any questions, plus I have developed a Troubleshooting guide onboard and Roadside assistance is available. Generator The Revel and most luxury RV products use a powerful onboard lithium battery system instead of hazardous propane or fuel driven generators. Clean, Green and Safe. With the solar power, dedicated second alternator and state of the art battery management system the adventure is yours! The Revel also features convenient, easy access 30amp shore power and the Hydronics heating system. Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily? The best resource is to review the intro video(s) found on the Winnebago RV channel on You Tube. Outstanding series that will answer questions from basic operation to solar and much more! How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground? The Revel offers excellent onboard battery storage that works off solar and charges while driving for boondocking and off-grid adventures. For shore power, the electric cable can accommodate 30 Amp input. Clean and Grey Water capacity is 21g. The REVEL uses a portable toilet cassette which can be dumped at vaulted toilets as well as campground RV dump sites and hotels. Let's talk drop-off When returning the RV after an amazing adventure, the simple rule is to return it as you found it. Please return with full potable water and diesel, empty and grey and black water tank/cassette (unless "skip the dump selected") and cleaned interior. Please ensure that all personal items are removed and all included items are present. What about heating & cooling? The REVEL features onboard lithium battery storage which powers your interior climate, plus the Elwell Hydronic heating system. Off grid or campgrounds, the adventure is yours! The onboard battery is charged via a dedicated alternator while driving and solar to keep your adventure moving. Shore power (30amp) charging is available for extended electronic access. Caution that "off-roading" is not permitted without interior damage protection and access of Emergency or Roadside assistance may be limited. Trip recommendation for guests With the REVEL Class B platform, the adventure is yours! Start with the beauty of Grand Teton and head north to Yellowstone National Park.
