Mint condition! Comfortable seating directly across from TV and fireplace. Has two awnings. We can supply all your needs for extra fee, gas fire pit, tables, exterior chairs table top bbq. Comes with linen and dishes, has 2 burner stove top and fridge outdoor. If the campsite doesn’t have full hook up we can rent the guests a generator for $30 per night and there will be additional $100 to empty and clean the septic tanks. I am a grandmother to 6 grandchildren and watch 4 of them full time. We enjoy our camper in Jan and Feb in Florida which is why we are renting the rest of the year.

We cannot say enough good things about the camper or the owners. The camper is fully stocked with everything you need and was perfectly clean and organized. The owners were very nice and walked us through everything upon delivery. They were on time for drop off and pick up and communication was excellent. We had an absolute blast and highly recommend renting from these awesome owners!

The rv is clean as pictured. The only problem we experienced was that we were charge over 500$ for extra cleaning and for a broken faucet which we did report. Thankfully pictures uploaded in the checkout process aided our dispute and we were only charged 100$ for the broken faucet which we anticipated anyway. The extra cleaning fee was not warranted from the checkout pics so they were denied that. Otherwise, Charlie (Margaret’s husband) was very responsive when we had any questions during our stay.
