Mint condition! Comfortable seating directly across from TV and fireplace. Has two awnings. We can supply all your needs for extra fee, gas fire pit, tables, exterior chairs table top bbq. Comes with linen and dishes, has 2 burner stove top and fridge outdoor. If the campsite doesn’t have full hook up we can rent the guests a generator for $30 per night and there will be additional $100 to empty and clean the septic tanks.
