Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. Outdoor Kitchen. Everything works. Electric fire place. AC and propane heat. Plenty of storage. Couch and table lay down for additional sleeping. Bunk room has 3 beds. Outdoor kitchen with microwave, sink and fridge. Lots of outdoor storage No pets. No smoking. We provide the bedding for 4 beds. Anything extra you may bring with you. We provide basic cooking utensils,pots, and pans along with cups,plates, bowls, silverware. Provided is a single cup coffee maker. (You bring your own pods) We provide rv safe toilet paper. No wipes can be flushed into camper toilet. WE DO NOT PROVIDE Camping chairs Bathroom Laundry ( towels and wash rags) You must clean up after your self. (straighten up the camper, sweep and etc) You must also do all your dishes before we pick the camper back up. DISH DETERGENT IS PROVIDED.

Ricky was as good of a host as you can ask for! Made our trip stress free. It was my first time using a rental app and I was worried how it would all work out. Was a great experience and definitely will be remting from Ricky again in the future when I visit
