Furnace, AC, hot water heater Power awning, power front jack and manual stabilizing jacks, Weight Distributing Hitch Kit with Adjustable Sway Control Convenient pick-up location (3 km from Hwy 400 exit). We can tow and bring it to where you want to be and set it up! At no extra cost up to 10 km from Barrie, any distance past 10 km $1.3 per km. Electric hookups, water hose, propane included, Plates, bowls, utensils also included antibacterial soaps. Bedsheets/ towels can be provided upon request at extra cost. Please note that septic tank cleaning is mandatory $60.00 and mandatory.

    My wife and 6-month-old's first RV trip was a success thanks to Eugene and his awesome trailer! The bed was comfy and good for 2, the table section folded down to put the pack-n-play for the baby to sleep. A/C kept us cool, hook-up was straightforward and secure, RV was perfect size for 3 of us. Essentials were included, tp, paper towel, pots, cutlery, salad. Just bring your own bedding and pillows and some tongs. We had a little issue with our truck that could have ruined our trip, but Eugene came to the rescue. He really went out of his way for us, so a big thanks to Eugene for his hospitality and for helping our experience get off the ground.
