Don't believe all the 5 star reviews! Sure Jordan was great to deal with but that doesn't excuse the issues we had with the trailer. I had asked if cutlery, dishes, etc were supplied. The answer was yes, which was the reason we rented this one. The cutlery was literally unusable due to the dirt and hair and disgust in the tray of utensils and the grime in some of them (bbq utensils). Completely gross - I attempted to wash them all at my house before I left but even the tray itself was too dirty to clean. And there was just a mishmash of utensils. After speaking to Jordan about this he said there were disposables to use. Haha! Seriously? There was a dirty plastic bag with about 10 paper plates, a few bamboo spoon/forks and a few red solo cups. I had to pack all my own things to use!
The water coming out of the tap was pink and had a nasty smell the entire time. He blamed it on something to do with servicing the water heater. Made no sense. We believe it was antifreeze. Same colour, same smell. We had to wash all of our dishes using our own bottled water.
Once we parked it took the fridge 3 hours to cool down enough to put groceries in. Needless to say, all of my groceries now were warm and soggy from sitting in my melted ice.

I am not a complainer and love to camp but this has taught me that I won't be trusting someone who has so many 5 star reviews and no issues.
10/10 and will rent this RV again !! Jordan is an amazing tv rental host - he ran through everything with me when I was picking up the trailer, camping trailer has everything you need to make an amazing getaway. Trailer is in excellent condition pulls great highly recommend Jordan !!!!
Jordan was easy to communicate with, was very accommodating on pick up and drop off. Walked me through everything upon pick up, the trailer was great everything worked amazingly. We had our two dog with us and they were great and had enough room to have their bed on the floor. We loved it so much will be renting again in the next few days. Definitely would recommend and we towed with a ridgeline no issues!
