Maureen P.Sep 2025Shan was amazing with communication. The trailer was rough but not the original one that I had rented, that one was damaged by a tree. We opted for this one because it was in the towing weight range for my vehicle. We do appreciate that Shan took care of us so quickly and booked us another RV. Unfortunately it was too small for 2 large dogs and two adults.
