COZY RV sleeps 5 with queen bed in front, upper and lower bunk, with dinette that folds down into a twin bed. Has A/C and propane furnace for those camping trips in the cooler shoulder seasons. Shower and bath with tankless heater for instant hot water. Electric fridge. Fully functioning kitchen with microwave. Comes furnished including: -all kitchen necessities including rice cooker, toaster, single hot plate, pots, pans, cutleries, plates, bowls, glasses, cups and more. -lawn chairs. -portable mini BBQ with mini propane tanks is available upon request with extra cost. Must have 7 point electrical connector for proper towing and a correct size vehicle with brake controller for towing. Please campground bookings only. No raves or festivals. Use at a house for extra sleeping space or outdoorsy experience is fine. Delivery and set up is available for an extra cost depending on driver availability.
