To help keep everything comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 Check-out: 11:00 Please respect check-out time so we have enough time to prepare for the next guests. Respect for the Property Please treat the trailer with care as if it were your own. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer please but cigarette butts and ashes in the pail provided for it Please remove muddy shoes before entering. Guests Only registered guests are permitted to stay. 4 guest max Quiet Hours Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors at night. Cleanliness Please wash dishes before leaving Garbage and recycling should be placed in the proper bins. If something spills or breaks, please let us know right away. Pets Pets are: Not Allowed unless discussed before hand If pets are allowed, please clean up after them and do not leave them unattended in the trailer. Safety Campfires are only permitted in designated fire pits Please fully extinguish fires before going inside or leaving Toilet Do not flush anything down the toilet Place toilet paper in the garbage can provided and you can burn it in the firepit at night Awning Please roll in awning or tip it to one side if it rains Towels Towels are for showering only not the beach Trailer Use Please do not move furniture or décor. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. Report any maintenance issues immediately so we can address them quickly. Parking Park only in designated areas. Before You Leave We kindly ask that you: Close all doors and windows Turn off lights and appliances Place used towels in the bathroom Leave the trailer reasonably tidy Place keys on the table Text us when you leave so we can clean and tidy for next person Most importantly, relax, enjoy your stay, make wonderful memories, and treat the space with kindness.     We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting the trailer from Heather and Brian! From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. The trailer was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable camping trip, including linens, pots and pans, utensils, camping chairs, and so much more. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully provided. The beds were also very comfortable, which made a big difference during our stay. Heather and Brian did a fantastic job explaining how everything in the trailer worked and provided great attention to detail, making it very easy for us to settle in and enjoy our trip without any stress or confusion. We had the trailer delivered directly to our campsite, and the setup was absolutely fantastic. We arrived to everything ready to go, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. Communication with Heather and Brian was seamless throughout the entire rental process. They were friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely taken care of. We would definitely rent from Heather and Brian again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped trailer and fantastic hosts. 5 stars all around!
