Inside you’ll find: - Sleeps 7 comfortably - Private bedroom with queen bed - new Douglas mattress - Two double bunk beds with new memory foam mattresses - Spacious slide-out living area - Full kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove/oven, microwave and sink - All cookware, dishes, and utensils included - Coffee maker, kettle, griddle and toaster provided - 3-piece bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink (toilet paper provided) - Cold A/C for summer + heat for cooler nights What to bring: - Your own linens, pillows, towels, and blankets - Your favourite food, drinks, and marshmallows Perfect for: - Family camping trips - First-time RV campers - Couples wanting extra space and comfort - Cottage stays and seasonal sites - Weekend escapes and summer adventures Delivery & pickup: To keep things simple and stress-free, Just Add Marshmallows is primarily delivery & setup only — we’ll bring it, set it up, and have everything ready when you arrive. We are also open to pickup/drop-off for experienced and confident trailer towers, upon approval. Delivery available to: Cedar Park Resort (Hampton/Clarington), Beavermead Campground, Lakefield Campground, Emily Provincial Park, Darlington Provincial Park, cottages, seasonal sites, and private properties. Important rules: - No smoking or vaping inside - Pets upon approval - No festivals or large parties - Please return the trailer in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was delivered Important note: If you are planning to use the toilet, you must select “Emptying Septic Prepayment” add-on which is $100.
