Regardless, of how many people are sleeping in the RV, you will have a good time and great memories with your friends and families. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoor while still having the luxury of a modern home. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Queen Bed Top Bunk (Double Size with 600 lbs. capacity) Bottom Bunk (Double Size with 600 lbs. capacity) Jackknife Sofa Bed Dining Table converts to Twin Size Bed While sitting under the stars with a campfire and telling scary stories or going on a hike, you will know that you can come back to the comfort of a home. KITCHEN FACILITIES: 3 burner propane stove with an oven that can cook any of your meals. Please have the fan on while cooking a feast, lol. Large sink to wash dishes and a microwave to heat up any leftovers. 8 Dishes 8 Cutlery Set 8 Steak Knife 4 Tupperware Basic Cooking Utensils Can Opener Alcohol Opener Knife Set Cutting Board Pots and Pans (Small and Medium) Drying Rack Stovetop Kettle Kitchen Colander Please keep all these items washed after use. It would be a good idea for you to bring your own dish soap and sponges, try to make it as eco-friendly as possible. WASHROOM FACILITIES: A skylight in the shower area has a flushable toilet with a sink outside of the bathroom. With the sink outside, it makes it a lot easier for someone to brush their teeth while someone else is in use of the bathroom. Please bring your toiletries. DELIVERY OPTIONS and COST: Delivery options and cost are based on the location and travel time. Please message us before booking for pricing for delivery specific to your location. Example for Delivery and Setup Cost in 2023 to give you an idea..... 100 KM (Round Trip) will cost about $215 200 KM (Round Trip) will cost about $350 400 km (Round Trip) will cost about $550 Free pickup from our location as long as your vehicle has Electric Brake Controller and capable of towing the RV. Regardless of delivery or pickup options that you choose, we will show you the ropes and teardown as long as you are there in person as scheduled. CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS: You are responsible to book your own spots at the campsite that can accommodate a 30 foot trailer. The RV requires 30 amp hookup and we provide a converter if the site is only able to provide 50 amp. It is highly recommended that they have a sewage hookup as well for the site that you are renting from the campsite and if not, the campsite should have a dumping station available. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE RV!!!!!!! Please keep the pets from any of the sleeping platforms. ***RV and all equipment must be returned in the conditions it was given to you in.
