This 2018 27ft bunk house trailer is great for a family of 4-6 has double size bunk beds, queen walk around bed, with a Douglas mattress has a outdoor kitchen, lawn chairs BBQ outdoor tables, rug for out side. This is a nice clean trailer, for the hot nights just turn on the air conditioner .The awning is 20 ft long enough for table chairs and still have room. we will deliver it to camp site and set it up if needed. The dinette is in the slide out which makes more room to walk around. equipped with 2 batteries and 2 30 lb propane tanks. If you are looking to get away with the family for the weekend or the week this is the perfect trailer for you. Has all the dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, lines that you need to have a great get away . for know I am not letting it go out of province
